THE PROCESS
How it works
Submitting content is straightforward. Once received, our team reviews each submission before it is published on the platform.

Submit
Complete the submission form with details about yourself, your content and its intended audience. Upload files directly or share a link. You can also send materials to PLACEHOLDER_SKILLS4PLANET_EMAIL.

Review
The skills4planet team reviews your submission for quality, relevance and compliance with the platform’s standards. You will be notified of the outcome by email.

Publish
Approved content is published on skills4planet and made accessible to learners across all Skills4EII partner sectors.
BEFORE YOU APPLY
What you need to know
We are committed to making this process transparent and respectful of your rights as a content creator.
You retain ownership
You keep full intellectual property rights. Submitting does not transfer ownership — you grant skills4planet a non-exclusive license to host and share your content.
Removal on request
Participation is voluntary. You may request removal of your content from the platform at any time by contacting the skills4planet team.
GDPR compliant
Any personal data collected is handled in line with GDPR. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Attribution respected
Your authorship and organisation will be credited on all published content. We do not publish anonymous or misattributed material.
